Questions
Frequently asked questions
How long does a website take?
It depends on the scope. Once we have your brief we give you a firm schedule and agree the stages up front.
How is the price calculated?
By page count, features, number of languages and integrations. You get a concrete quote after sending your request.
I don't have a domain — can you help?
Yes. We pick a suitable domain together and handle the registration. The domain is registered in your name.
Do you provide hosting too?
Yes. We recommend hosting or a VPS to match the project. We can also deploy to hosting you already have.
What if I don't like the design?
The design stage closes on your approval. We never start development on a design you haven't signed off.
Who writes the text and provides images?
If you have content, we use it. If not, we give you the structure and direction; producing the content is agreed separately.
What happens after the site is finished?
The site is yours. If you want, a maintenance plan covers updates, security and changes.
Who owns the website?
You do. Once payment is complete, the domain, code and content are yours.
Can you build the site in several languages?
Yes. Multilingual structure is our default approach — not an add-on bolted on afterwards.
How does payment work?
Payment is staged: deposit, design approval, development completion and launch. The terms are set out in the contract.
