1.What we collect
The name, email, phone and project details you provide through the request and contact forms. Technically, browser information and a hashed form of your IP address.
2.Why we collect it
Only to answer your enquiry, assess the project and deliver the service. We don't use it for marketing without permission.
3.IP address
We don't store your IP address in the clear — only a salted hash, used to recognise repeat submissions. It exists to prevent abuse, not to identify you.
4.Sharing
We don't sell your data. It is shared only with the providers needed to deliver the service (for example email and hosting), and where the law requires it.
5.Retention
Request data is kept for contact and record-keeping. If you want it deleted, write to us.
6.Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Use the contact form to make a request.
