The exact scope, timeline and price of any work is agreed per project and confirmed in writing. Descriptions on this site are general information, not an offer in themselves.
3.Payment
Payment is staged: deposit, design approval, development completion and launch. The specific split is set out in the contract.
4.Client responsibilities
The schedule depends on the client supplying content, feedback and approvals on time. Late responses can move the timeline.
5.Ownership
Once payment is complete, the site, code and content belong to the client. Third-party components remain under their own licences.
6.Liability
Services are delivered within the agreed scope. We are not liable for matters outside our control, such as third-party services or changes made by the client.
